He asserts the extent of the changes that will transpire and how critical they are greatly depend on the level of human awareness. He says the best thing we all can do at this time is to come together in unity, regardless of race, religion, creed or outlook.

When a big organization fails many lose their jobs. When there are earthquakes, many may even lose their lives. And, while such things have always cropped up in human history, it does not negate the difficulties and catastrophes that occur.
